Cindy Hyatt's Cheese Fondue
Cindy Hyatt'S Cheese Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. grated cheese (mix of swiss, mozzarella, cheddar or whatever you have), 1 c. white wine, 3 tbsp. brandy, 2 tsp. cornstarch and clove of garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the cut clove of garlic. Mix the cornstarch with the brandy.
Add cheese, wine and cornstarch mix.
Do not boil.
Stir constantly, until melted and well mixed.
