Cincinnati Chili
Cincinnati Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste, 2 c. chopped onions and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Stir first 16 ingredients and bring to boil, then add beef and pork.
Return to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
When ready, prepare spaghetti, cooked with oil.
Serve chili mixture over the cooked spaghetti. In three separate bowls, prepare the garnishes (remaining ingredients).
These are then served over the chili and spaghetti.
