Cinch Sugar Cookies
Cinch Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. oleo or butter, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together first 3 ingredients.
Add vanilla and eggs; mix. Mix together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar.
Mix well together.
Roll into balls and roll in sugar, sugar and cinnamon, sugar and cocoa or nuts to make a variety.
Put on sheets; flatten with bottom of glass.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
I check often after 7 minutes.
