Cider Vinegar Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cider vinegar, 3 eggs, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. salt (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a heavy saucepan, whisk together the vinegar, eggs, flour, mustard, salt, pepper and 2 cups water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in margarine and artificial sweetener. Pour into clean jars.
Cover; refrigerate up to 3 months.
