Church Window Cookies
Church Window Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits, 1 c. chopped walnuts, 1 pkg. miniature colored marshmallows and 1 (14 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt chips and margarine on low heat until melted.
Allow to cool slightly.
Stir in nuts and marshmallows.
Divide mixture into two parts.
Shape into rolls on wax paper, and put nuts on top of one roll and coconut on one.
Put in refrigerator for 24 hours.
While in the refrigerator, take out every so often and shape the roll.
Good and easy.
