Chuck Wagon Roundup
Chuck Wagon Roundup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. chili powder and 1/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat egg; add oil and milk.
Add dry ingredients.
Spread bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan.
Reserve 2 wieners. Cut others in 1/2-inch slices.
Combine with rest of ingredients. Spoon into center of dough in pie pan.
Cut 2 wieners lengthwise, then crosswise.
Arrange, spoke fashion, skin side up, on bean mixture.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375Β°.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
