Mix flour, soda, sugar and salt together, then cut in shortening and peanut butter.
Blend in 1/2 cup corn syrup. Place dough on waxed paper and shape into rolls.

Place 1/2 of slices on baking sheet. Place 1 teaspoon peanut butter on each slice.
Cover with remaining slices.
Seal edges with fork.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
