Chuck Wagon Casserole
Chuck Wagon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. turkey burger, 1 can creamed corn, 2 tamales (xlnt), 1 onion, diced and 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onion and meat; add chili powder (to taste).
Spray casserole dish with Pam. Layer noodles, creamed corn, meat mixture and tamales (sliced).
Pour thinned tomato sauce over top, then repeat.

Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
