Chuck Roast
Chuck Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 1/2 lb.) boneless chuck roast, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 tbsp. steak sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Tear 2 long pieces of aluminum foil and place crisscross on table.
Place meat on foil and put 2 tablespoons steak sauce over meat.
Put dry onion soup over meat.
Put mushroom soup from can over meat.
Wrap foil around meat so liquid cannot run out.
Cook at 350Β° for 2 1/2 hours.
If desired, you can add potatoes and carrots to meat.
Meat will have its own gravy.
