Chuck Roast
Chuck Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. chuck roast, 3 to 4 potatoes, 2 to 3 carrots, 1 c. water and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° to 350°.
Allow 20 minutes per pound. Place roast in pan and brown on slow heat.
Add water and onion. Season with onion, salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours on simmer.
Add potatoes and carrots during last hour.
