Christmas Ribbon Sandwiches is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 cans pimientos, 4 to 6 kosher dill pickles, 1/2 c. sour cream or mayonnaise and 3 loaves thin sliced bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grind pickles and pimientos.
Drain thoroughly between paper napkins.
Cream the softened cheese.
Blend cheese with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Add drained pickles and pimientos.
Remove crusts from bread.
Spread filling between 3 slices of bread.
Wrap in waxed paper.
Refrigerate for several hours before cutting into slices.
Trim ends.
