Christmas Jello Salad
Christmas Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. lime jell-o, 1 large pkg. raspberry jell-o, 1 small pkg. lemon jell-o, water and 1 c. marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare lime Jell-O using package directions.
Pour into large rectangular dish, at least 11 x 17-inch.
Chill to set.
In double boiler, mix lemon Jell-O with 1 cup hot water.
Add marshmallows. Cook to melt marshmallows.
Remove from heat.
Dissolve cream cheese in hot mixture.
Add pineapple juice and pineapple; cool. Whip cream and fold into cooled mixture along with mayonnaise. Pour this mixture over the set lime Jell-O.
Make raspberry Jell-O according to package directions.
Cool and pour over 2 layers which have been set by chilling.
Very impressive Christmas salad served on pretty individual salad plates with lettuce leaf under.
