Chris' Salmon-Cheese Spread
Chris' Salmon-Cheese Spread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pink or red salmon, drained, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, a little lemon juice (optional), dash of dill (optional) and chopped pecans or nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix the salmon and cream cheese in mixer or processor.
Can also add a little lemon juice and a dash of dill, if desired. Cover and refrigerate.
Can roll in nuts and cover form with Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
