Chris' Famous Hot Fudge Sauce
Chris' Famous Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 4 sq. bitter chocolate, 3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.
Stir in sugar, 1/4 cup at a time.
(Mixture becomes dry.)
Add salt, then milk slowly.
Cook 7 or 8 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Makes 1 quart of yummy sauce.
Never fails, never crystallizes.
Store in refrigerator.
