Chow You Gai
Chow You Gai is an easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, 3 to 4 tsp. soy sauce, 1 c. green onion, chopped 1/2-inch long of green portion, 1 tsp. sesame seed and 1 c. peanut oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stew chicken.
Debone while hot and tear into bite size pieces.
Sprinkle
1 tablespoon of salt and 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and sesame seed over chicken.
Scatter green onions over chicken next. until it almost smokes.
Pour on top of chicken serve immediately.
Serve with rice and fruit salad. Serves 5 to 6.
