Chow Mein
Chow Mein is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. diced pork, 3 lb. diced beef, 9 tbsp. fat, 3 c. water or chicken broth and 3 c. onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat thoroughly in fat.
Add water and seasonings.
Cook 30 minutes.
Add celery, onions and cornstarch mixed with liquid. Add soy sauce, chestnuts and bean sprouts.
Stir and cook until thickened and meat tender.
Add mushrooms just before done.
Serve over rice.
