Chow-Chow Relish
Chow-Chow Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chopped onions, 4 c. chopped cabbage, 10 green tomatoes, 12 green peppers and 6 red peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chop vegetables with coarse blade.
Sprinkle vegetables with 1/2 cup salt.
Stand overnight.
Rinse off and drain well. Combine main ingredients.
Pour over vegetable mixture, heat to a boil and simmer three minutes.
Seal in hot sterilized jars. Yield
