Chow-Chow
Chow-Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. chopped cabbage, 2 c. chopped green tomatoes, 3 chopped onions, 1 1/2 chopped green peppers and 1 1/2 chopped red bell peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a separate vessel put vinegar, sugar, mustard, mustard seed, celery seed and cloves.
Heat to boiling; add well-drained vegetables.
Cook slowly until tender (about 1/2 hour).
Put into sterile jars.
Process 10 minutes at simmering temperature.
