Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. onions, 1 gal. cucumbers, 1 gal. cabbage, 1 gal. green tomatoes and 1/2 doz. red peppers, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix the mustard, flour, oil and turmeric together with 1 pint cold vinegar.
Stir into 6 pints of vinegar and boil.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Put in jars and seal well.
