Chow Chow
Chow Chow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 gal. chopped cabbage, 12 onions, chopped, 12 bell peppers, 5 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. ground mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all vegetables with 1/2 cup salt.
Let stand overnight. Drain.
