Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork, 2 - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 cup diced onions, 1 cup celery and 1 can chop suey vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown pork (cut into cubes) in vegetable oil.
Add diced onions and celery.
Cover with water.
Simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Add Chop Suey vegetables and mushrooms. Add a little water for juice. Add 3 tbsp. LaChoy Sauce, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
To thicken, add a little corn starch with water.
