Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork, 1 lb. beef, 2 c. chopped celery, 1 large cut up onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut pork and beef fine and brown slightly.
Add celery and onion.
Cover with water.
Season with salt and simmer for about 45 minutes.
Add soy sauce, Fuji sauce and molasses.
Cook until meat is fork-tender.
Then add bean sprouts just before thickening with 2 tablespoons cornstarch moistened in cold water.
