Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork shoulder, 3 stalks celery, 2 spanish onions, 1 c. bean sprouts and 1 tbsp. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Chop meat into bite size pieces and cook in small amount of oil for about 20 minutes.
Chop celery into small chunks and cook in fry pan about 15 minutes.
Chop onions and cook about 20 minutes.
Combine all above and stir in molasses.
Cook about 20 minutes then add bean sprouts and toss with soy sauce.
Serves 2 to 4.
