Chop Suey
Chop Suey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork, 1 1/2 lb. beef, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 3 medium onions and 4 sticks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large pan, place meat and brown.
Then add 1/2 cup soy sauce, browning a bit longer.
When browned, add onions and celery. Put 2 cups water and cook slow for at least 1 hour.
Add water as it cooks out vegetables, both drained.
Mix cornstarch in 1/2 cup water, then stir in meat.
Cook until thick.
