Chop Chey(Korean Spaghetti) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. saifun (available in oriental market), 1 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut into 2-inch strips, 3 carrots, cut lengthwise into very thin strips, 1 large onion, sliced and rings separated and 1 bag fresh spinach, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat in sesame seed oil.
Add carrots and cook until tender.
Add mushrooms, onion and green onions.
Boil spinach about 3 minutes (do not overcook).
Drain.
