Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
Add enough water to Coffee Rich to equal 1 cup.
Add to flour mixture with bananas, egg whites and oil.
Mix to blend.
Fold in cereal, raisins and dates.
Bake in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan at 350Β° for 1 hour.
