Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, 4 eggs, 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate over hot water; cool.
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Add sugar; beat well.
Add oil and chocolate; blend well.
Combine dry ingredients; add to liquid mixture and beat until smooth.
Stir in zucchini and 1 cup nuts.
Batter will be very thick.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours.
