Cream butter, sugar, oil and eggs together.
Blend in vanilla and sour milk.
Sift flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt together and add to batter, mixing well.
Blend in zucchini. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chips and nuts over all.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
