Cream together sugar and Crisco, add oil and mix well.
Add eggs, zucchini, vanilla and salt and mix well.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cocoa together and add to batter.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Frost with favorite frosting.
