Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. oil, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine, oil and sugar together.
Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa and milk; mix well.
Mix in slowly the flour, soda and salt. Blend good.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Over chocolate chips and nuts, sprinkle 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
