Combine first 7 ingredients.
Add flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Make a paste and alternate with dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and zucchini.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes in greased and floured 10 x 14-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
If using a Bundt pan, bake 55 to 60 minutes.
