Chocolate Zucchini Cake
Chocolate Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
Add oil, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add soured milk (milk plus vinegar), cocoa, spices and nuts. Add zucchini.
Put into a 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
