Cream together margarine, oil, sugar, eggs and sour milk. Beat with mixer.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Beat well.
Stir in shredded zuckini.
Pour butter into 9x12x2 pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
