Grease and flour 11 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chopped nuts in pan (also coconut).
Mix cake mix as directed on package and pour over nuts.
Melt margarine and mix with cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your oven.
