Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
Chocolate Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 pkg. (18 oz.) cake mix (flavor desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from heat and add condensed milk, water and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Line bottom and sides of 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with double thickness of heavy aluminum foil.
Pour in chocolate mixture.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour gently over chocolate in baking pan.
Bake according to package directions until cake tests done.
Invert cake on rack.
Lift off pan.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Peel off foil.
Sprinkle nuts on top. Cut in squares.
