Chocolate Town Syrup Cake
Chocolate Town Syrup Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 3/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter or margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour and baking soda together.
Add flour mixture alternately with chocolate syrup and vanilla to creamed mixture. Beat well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle top with nuts.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
