Separate eggs.
Beat egg whites stiff, gradually adding the sugar and cocoa.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan and cook for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Mix whipping cream, milk and pudding mix; whip thoroughly.
Pour over first layer.
Melt chocolate bars in double boiler; add water and spread over other two layers. Refrigerate.
