Cream butter and Crisco.
Add chocolate syrup and sugar; beat until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time and continue to beat.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured pan.
Start in cold oven.
Do not open door for 1 hour.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325Β° or until done.
