Chocolate Souffl
Chocolate Souffl is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 24 minutes. Made with c. sugar, c. baking cocoa, c. all purpose flour, c. skim milk and t. melted reduced fat butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and heat to boiling.
Remove from heat. Gradually add the beaten egg yolks to this mixture, and then stir in the melted butter.
Set aside.
Beat the next three ingredients with an electric mixer until foamy.
Gradually beat in sugar until meringue forms stiff and glossy peaks.
Gently combine the two mixtures and carefully pour into a well greased 6 cup souffl dish. Bake on lowest oven rack at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve immediately with fat free cool whip.
