Chocolate Snowballs
Chocolate Snowballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. sifted flour and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream butter thoroughly; add sugar gradually and keep beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add vanilla; combine flour with salt and cocoa.
Add gradually to the creamed mixture; blend thoroughly.
Add pecans and mix well.
Form dough into balls about the size of a marble between the palms of the hand.
Bake in moderate oven, 350Β°, for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
