Chocolate Snowballs
Chocolate Snowballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 tsp. vanilla extract and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.
Combine flour and salt.
Stir into creamed mixture. Fold in nuts and chips.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool cookies slightly before rolling them in confectioners sugar. Yields about 4 dozen.
