Chocolate Snowball Dessert
Chocolate Snowball Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cold half and half light cream or milk, 1 pkg. jell-o instant chocolate pudding and pie filling, 1 (8 oz.) chocolate cool whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed, 3 c. chopped chocolate sandwich cookies and 1/2 c. crushed peppermint candies (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pour half and half in large bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in chocolate whipped topping, cookie crumbs and crushed candies.

Freeze 8 hours or until frozen.
