Mix flour and sugar in large bowl.
Bring to boil: oleo, Crisco oil, cocoa and water.
Pour over flour and sugar in bowl while hot and stir in eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, soda and buttermilk.
Mix and pour into pan, greased and floured (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch).
Bake 20 minutes at 400Β°.
