Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Bring to boil water, cocoa and margarine, pour over flour mixture and stir well.
Add soda, vanilla, buttermilk, cinnamon and eggs. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Five minutes before cake is done, make frosting.
