Chocolate Sheet Cake
Chocolate Sheet Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 2 hours 2 minutes. Made with c. margarine, c. cocoa, c. water, c. unsifted flour and c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt 1 cup margarine, stir in 1/4 cup cocoa then water.
Bring to boil, remove from heat.
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add cocoa mixture; beat well.
Stir in 1/3 cup Eagle Brand milk, eggs and vanilla.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake 15 minutes or until done.
In small saucepan, melt remaining 1/4 cup margarine.
Stir in remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and Eagle Brand.
Stir in confectioners sugar and nuts.
Spread on warm cake.
