Melt shortening and oleo in saucepan.
Add cocoa and water. Bring to a rapid boil.
Sift together flour and sugar in large bowl.
Add boiling mixture to flour and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour on greased cookie sheet (one with rim on it).
Cook 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Ice while warm.
