Put margarine, water, cooking oil and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Put sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs.
Put the soda in the sour milk and dissolve it.
Put hot mixture in the bowl and mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes in a greased jelly roll pan.
