Mix oleo, shortening, water and cocoa and bring to a boil. Pour into large mixing bowl and add sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, salt, buttermilk and soda; mix well.
Bake on cookie sheet with sides at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
