Bring to a boil, water, margarine and oil.
Pour over dry ingredients and beat until creamy.
Add milk, soda and eggs; beat again.
Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet (approximately 17 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch).
Bake at 400Β° for 16 to 18 minutes.
Ice with Chocolate Icing.
