Mix sugar and flour in large bowl.
In saucepan boil shortening, oleo, water and cocoa.
(Bring all to a boil.) Pour this mixture over the sugar and flour and mix well.
Add eggs, buttermilk, soda, salt and vnailla and mix well.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Frost while still hot.
